E-mail messages to a large and well defined reciever group as attachments
With this
software, you can send e-mail messages and attachments to a wide, selected
target group.
Typical ways of use are sending personalized chain letters or reports as attachments (e.g. pdf, doc, and rtf form) or mailing newsletters to multiple recipients directed by, for an example, language code.
Recipients' e-mail addresses and other necessary information are saved to Mail-IT's database or they'll be connected to remotely.
Mail-IT establishes a safe connection to the Outlook application, transfers messages to its inbox, and starts the transmission.
