Monkey software is suitable for a company's helpdesk to ease the managing and stocktaking of various devices, software, users, and different types of services and providers. It also includes the capability for processing HelpDesk tasks, info database and room/floor plans (transfer Monkey -> Excel).

Monkey has been developed with the Access database software (SQL server version also available) and is a multi-user network version. It's completely open and a support organization can, when necessary, create its own queries and reports. Data transfer to other applications (e.g. Excel and Word) is easy and simple.

The Monkey package will be delivered with a company-specific license (the amount of installations or users is unlimited). The package always contains customer-specific customization, including the conversion of basic information, installation, instructing, and an over-the-phone support of one month. Separately available is a customer-specific maintenance agreement.
